Consistent Heavy Period with Clots
Heavy period with clots occasionally do happen to us, it is important that we do take note of the period and flow to monitor if there is any abnormal situation even there is no pain involved. The situation may get worse if you are on birth control or shots that could prolong this uncomfortable situation for 1 or 2 months.
So much alert on the heavy period with clots and we should not forget that it is a normal process of our body to sheds away the uterus lining monthly and this could be the clots experiences for some people. You should only be worry if you experienced a large clot that even the pad or tampon could not hold.
Heavy Period with Clots with Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain is commonly associated during menstruation period. The pain could last even when it is not during period and this is also a common situation. The pain sometimes referred to as cramps do not go away quickly even with medication. This feeling is really uncomfortable but it should not be an unbearable kind of pain even during heavy period with clots. This cramp could due to the uterus is lying backwards rather than over the bladder. Though it is not a critical condition, you still need to take note as it has the possibility to develop endometriosis or fibroid tumor.
Endometriosis is another possible cause of the heavy period with clots and this can be easily identify and removed with laparoscopy. A fibroid tumor could be the reason too and when having heavy bleeding for a stretch of period, the person could turn severely anemic, weak and sick. Do not jump into conclusion or be embarrassed as well as feeling uncomfortable to seek help when you have the symptoms and pain during your menstrual. Only with proper diagnose and treatment the symptoms and clotting will go away. However this heavy period with clots could at times due to hormonal changes, medication, diet control, unhealthy lifestyle or stress at work.
